Hi,

The logo needs to be uploaded to the collection item itself, not as a separate item.

* Go to the URL of your collection "intro" page (in you case, this URL: http://www.archive.org/details/mininet )
* Click [edit] next to the title
* Click "Item Manager" at the top of the page
* Click "checkout" button (don't close this page)
* Use FTP to upload your logo file
* Check the item in (link located on checkout page)
* Wait a few minutes

* Go to http://www.archive.org/details/mininet
* Click [edit] next to the title
* Scroll to the bottom of the page to find your image file
* Change the format to "Collection Header"
* Click submit

It will a little while for your logo to start showing up.
